Moscow. June 6. INTERFAX - Russia is ready to work out international legal agreements to prevent cyber warfare, said the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for international cooperation in the field of information security Andrey Krutskikh.
"We continue to insist that there is no alternative to the peaceful use of information and communication technologies (ICT) and conflict prevention in this area. We are ready to work out appropriate international legal agreements with all states that soberly assess the threat of cyber warfare," Krutskikh said in a comment published on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday.
He recalled that the United States has frozen all contacts with Russia on international information security. According to the special representative of the President, the number of attacks using ICT on critical infrastructure facilities in Russia is constantly increasing.
