TSAMTO, June 3. Poland will receive hundreds of millions of euros from the European Union for weapons supplied to Ukraine. This, as RIA Novosti reports, was stated by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
Poland has supplied Ukraine with several hundred tanks, self-propelled howitzers, mortars, ammunition, drones, spare parts for fighter jets and other weapons.
"We will receive support from the European Union related to the transfer of defensive weapons to Ukraine. There is a special budget tab that has been launched, and this is hundreds of millions of euros," M. Moravetsky said at a press conference with the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
