Washington. May 30. INTERFAX-AVN - The US authorities are not going to supply Ukraine with missile systems that Kiev could use for strikes on Russian territory, US President Joe Biden said on Monday.
"We will not send missile systems to Ukraine that can hit the territory of Russia," the American media quoted him as saying.
Biden did not specify which missiles he was talking about. However, as noted in the reports, he answered the journalist's question about long-range missiles in this way.
On February 24, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine.
In response, many countries have imposed large-scale sanctions against Russia. A number of countries supply weapons to the Ukrainian army.
