On May 26, the Nalchik garrison Military Court dismissed the claim of 120 former employees of the Rosgvardiya who challenged early dismissal from service due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract.
As follows from the court data on May 26, the employees lost their jobs after being in the territory of Ukraine in the zone of a special military operation refused to carry out the order and said they were returning home. As a result, they abandoned their fellow soldiers on the front line.
At the same time, the Russian Guards were warned that they would be considered war criminals if they crossed the border in the opposite direction.
"All those who cross the border in the opposite direction will be considered war criminals. All those who cross the border will be checked by the prosecutor's office. So that everyone understands this," warns the commander of the Regardie fighters on the video available to Izvestia.
According to the results of the investigation, the court found that those who filed lawsuits collectively left on their own initiative for a permanent place of service. When the deserters arrived in Nalchik, they found out that their contracts with them had been terminated and they were deprived of preferential mortgages, military allowances and other benefits.
Despite the evidence, the lawyer of the former Russian Guards claimed that they all returned home legally and did not receive any order. At the same time, the plaintiffs' defender Andrey Sabinin is a former lawyer of the human rights organization "Agora", recognized as a foreign agent.
"They believe that they will serve, but they will not go anywhere on combat missions. Well, excuse me, then, work as a shoemaker, tailor, handyman, dig holes. You can do anything. A military man should fight, he should carry out these issues professionally, normally. Those who have returned are traitors. They betrayed both their homeland and their comrades, "— commented on the court's decision, a veteran of the special forces Sergey Lysyuk.
