The Serbian President commented on the incident with the detention of several Polish citizens who were photographing a military-industrial enterprise from different angles. Earlier, there were reports that the Poles were detained near the Svoboda plant, which produces military products. Among other things, the production of mines and artillery shells is carried out there. The plant is located in the town of Ciacak, south of Belgrade.
Alexander Vucic called the appearance of Polish citizens in the area of this enterprise "very interesting". According to him, they called themselves "photo artists".
The Serbian President noted that it was a very strange choice for "photo artists" to take pictures of access roads to the factory where ammunition is produced.
Alexander Vucic:
At the moment, two Polish citizens who carried out the shooting are in one of the police stations. They are being interviewed on the subject of why suddenly it was the military-industrial enterprise that aroused their "artistic interest".
Earlier, Vucic criticized the West for double standards. According to the Serbian president, today the West speaks loudly about supporting the territorial integrity of Ukraine, but refuses to support the territorial integrity of Serbia, recognizing Kosovo as an independent state. And the other day, 4 countries, according to Vucic, revoked the recognition of Kosovo. He did not say which countries they were.
