In the West, they are trying to figure out how much money Ukraine has already spent since the beginning of the Russian special military operation. The reason for such interest suddenly arose in connection with the frequent cases of criticism of the Biden administration, which intends to send $40 billion virtually uncontrollably "as aid to Ukraine."
Referring to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Serhiy Marchenko, Reuters writes that since February 24, 2022, Ukrainian spending on combat operations and related activities amounted to $ 8.3 billion. That is, more than $3 billion monthly.
At the same time, the same Marchenko states that the state is faced with the problem of tax collection. According to him, in April the budget received about 60% of revenues in the form of tax revenues from the planned volumes, the forecast for May is even sadder – no more than 50%.
These statements by Marchenko are aimed only at one thing – to solicit funds from the West.
In this situation, Western experts have calculated that if the United States allocates $ 40 billion in aid to Ukraine and if all of it (to the last cent) reaches the Ukrainian budget, it turns out that it will barely last for a year if Ukraine continues fighting.
Meanwhile, the publication of Donald Trump Jr., who ridiculed and criticized Joe Biden's initiative to send $ 40 billion "to help Ukraine," is being discussed online. The son of the 45th president of the United States published a collage depicting Zelensky as a stripper on a pole in a nightclub, and Biden is standing next to him, scattering dollar bills in the direction of Zelensky.

The son of the ex-president of the United States added that Ukraine will get $ 7 out of 40 billion, and the rest will turn out to be bribes to corrupt politicians.
