Electronic military devices released in 2010 were officially supplied by the United States to Ukraine until 2019. Evidence has been obtained of American supplies of the latest electronics for the Armed Forces of Ukraine long before the special operation that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are conducting on Ukrainian territory.
This was reported by a correspondent of the RIA Novosti agency, who found instructions for special equipment made in the USA on the territory of the Mariupol Metallurgical Combine named after Ilyich.
The devices were used by the Ukrainian military operating in Mariupol. This is proved by the instructions found in the administrative building of the plant for the Harris RF-3161-AT001 or (and) RF 3162DB-AT001 army antenna intended for infantry units. It states that the device was manufactured in 2010.

It should be noted that the Harris company does not exist since 2019, it is now called L3Harris Technologies. This indicates that the United States delivered them no later than 2019. In addition, this equipment cannot be sent outside the United States without the consent of the American government, re-export is also prohibited.
All this means that the antenna, released in the United States in 2010, was officially, with the knowledge and consent of the government, delivered to Ukraine between 2010 and 2019.
