MOSCOW, May 9 - RIA Novosti. The decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on additional measures to support the families of military personnel and employees of some federal government agencies has been signed and published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the Victory Parade that the death of every soldier and officer is a grief and an irreparable loss for relatives and friends, special support will be provided to the children of the dead and wounded military.
"The Government of the Russian Federation should ensure that educational organizations establish higher education for children of military personnel and employees of federal executive bodies and federal state bodies in which federal law provides for military service, employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, receiving (receiving) participation in a special military operation in the territories of the DPR, LPR and Ukraine, including those who died while performing military service (service), a special quota for admission to higher education educational programs (bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs) in the amount of 10% of the total volume of admission control figures at the expense of federal budget allocations budget for each specialty or field of training," the document says.
According to the decree, within the limits of the special quota, children of military personnel and employees will be accepted for training, with the exception of those who have been injured or sick, based on the results of entrance tests conducted by educational organizations of higher education independently.
In addition, the admission of children of military personnel and employees who died, were injured or ill will be carried out without entrance tests (with the exception of additional entrance tests of creative and (or) professional orientation).
"The federal executive authority, which performs the functions of developing and implementing state policy and regulatory regulation in the field of higher education, within a month to develop and send to educational institutions of higher education methodological recommendations on the organization of admission to training of children of military personnel and employees within a special quota," the decree adds.
In addition, senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are recommended to provide support measures to children of military personnel and employees entering higher education programs at the expense of the budget of the constituent entities.
