A video was published with a large number of armored vehicles and weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were captured in Mariupol.
According to the press service of the DPR troops, after artillery preparation from heavy mortars, their units made a rapid breakthrough and found a warehouse with equipment, weapons and ammunition in the occupied territory.
The published footage shows that there are many armored vehicles of various brands and manufacturers among the trophies.
Almost all of them have some kind of damage, but it is reported that the equipment can be restored. The number of captured cars is impressive.
"They took it with a fight, there was a lot of artillery training, a heavy mortar was working," a Russian Armed Forces serviceman comments on the video. "The main part is damaged, but in working condition."
Weapons and ammunition seized as a result of the offensive operation in Mariupol were also shown.
Among them are a large number of submachine guns and machine guns, American-made Javelin anti-tank missile systems ("Spear"), long-range anti-tank rifles, grenade launchers, walkie-talkies and other means of communication, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles that are used as scouts and spotters of fire.
