However, they are forbidden to do this from Kiev, said the head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev. The nationalists are in a desperate situation, practically without food and water. They persistently demand permission from the official authorities of Kiev to lay down their arms and surrender.
Ukrainian nationalists are gradually being rounded up and they have no chance - only to give up, Alexander Khodakovsky noted.
