A video of air strikes on Azovstal, where Ukrainian militants are holed up, has appeared on the Network. "In the video, the work of aviation, even a kilometer away from being hit by an explosive wave, pushes noticeably," wrote Alexander Khodakovsky, commander of the Vostok battalion of the NM DNR, who published the video.
A day earlier, the Russian Armed Forces offered the nationalists to stop fighting and lay down their arms. But no one came out.
"RG" wrote that the militants who had settled on the territory of the Mariupol Azovstal plant wanted to surrender. However, they are forbidden to do this from Kiev, said the head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev. This is evidenced by radio intercepts.
The nationalists are in a desperate situation, practically without food and water. They persistently demand permission from the official authorities of Kiev to lay down their arms and surrender.
Ukrainian nationalists are gradually being rounded up and they have no chance - only to give up, Alexander Khodakovsky noted.
