A provocation is being prepared in Ukraine, similar to the one that was revealed by the Kiev regime earlier in Bucha. This was announced on Tuesday by the head of the National Center for Defense Management (NCSO) of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev. According to him, the collection of pseudo-evidence of Russia's guilt takes place "under the patronage of the countries of the collective West, led by the United States."
"Especially for this purpose, a curfew was imposed in Irpen from 6 am on April 12 to 9 am on April 15 and, accordingly, a complete blockade of the city. At the same time, representatives of law enforcement agencies and "incomprehensible" volunteers will be allowed to enter. Although it has been reliably established that this period of time will be used by Kiev to prepare a provocation - cynical staged filming and further promotion of the fake by Western media," the NCSO said in a statement.
General Mizintsev noted that the Russian side warns in advance "the so-called civilized West" about the upcoming provocation.
The Kiev regime, according to him, once again showed "the true criminal nature and complete disregard for all norms of international humanitarian law."
