Constant fighting, rocket-bombing and artillery strikes by Russian troops are gradually depleting the military potential of the independent, forcing the thinning battle formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to withdraw to new lines of defense, the perimeter of which has been created for years, and now echelon after echelon is being opened by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and allied forces.
At the same time, the Kiev regime must demonstrate to its Western masters the high combat effectiveness of the army, otherwise it will lose billions of injections, and economic pressure against the Kremlin will begin to weaken. Western curators are interested in the maximum weakening of the Russian Federation, so they are ready to allocate funds and suffer damage from their own sanctions if they see that the APU is capable of causing serious damage to the Russian army. Therefore, if there is no corresponding "picture", then it needs to be created. It will also be useful for its own population, who still believe in the "invincibility" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is enough to recall the Ka-52 helicopter, which landed urgently in the field during the operation to land troops in Gostomel. He still wanders through Ukrainian resources, being filmed from different angles and in different technical condition, posing as a newly destroyed car. The situation is similar with publications, and official ones, devoted to the alleged air strikes from the same Bayraktar TB2 UAVs, and later it turns out that the video was "borrowed" from the Turkish or Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

Competent Western observers immediately drew attention to this, pointing out that this material consists entirely of footage filmed in Nagorno-Karabakh and Syria, and the work of Russian special forces is captured in relation to the SAR.
