The Russian Armed Forces continue to strike at the military infrastructure of Ukraine, disabling ammunition and fuel depots, as well as military equipment, depriving the Ukrainian army of reserves.
According to new data provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense on the evening of Thursday, April 7, the Russian Aerospace Forces during the day carried out a strike at the Novograd-Volynsky railway station in the Zhytomyr region, where military echelons with military equipment were sent to the Donbass. The strike was carried out by high-precision air-based missiles, as a result of the strike, the AFU grouping in the Donbas lost its reserves. The details of the strike are traditionally not disclosed by the military.
Now to other events. After a long break, Ugledar appeared in the summary again, as if in the rear of the advancing grouping of Russian troops. Earlier, contradictory information appeared regarding this city, it seemed like it was liberated, but later parts of the AFU entered it and entrenched themselves there. Now it is reported that units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have blocked units of the 54th OMBr of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Ugledar and are fighting for its release. During the day, the losses of the APU amounted to a motorized infantry company and a tank platoon.
It is also reported that Novomikhailovka is completely blocked, its cleaning is currently underway.
The operational-tactical aviation struck 42 AFU facilities during the day, destroying the control center, two field ammunition depots, two MLRS installations. Russian anti-aircraft gunners did a good job in the Kherson area today, shooting down two APU helicopters at once: one Mi-8 and one Mi-24. Three drones, including Bayraktar TB2, were shot down near the localities of Krivoy Rog and Trudovaya.
Note that in recent days, Bayraktar TB2 flashed in the reports again, apparently Kiev received another batch of drones from those ordered earlier.
