Pechat (Serbia): Russophobia has the fate of Europe

Russophobia in the West raises waves of hatred and fear, and so far it is not difficult to manage them, writes "Pechat". It is assumed that the Russians are to blame for everything by definition, the author of the article believes. The infinitely hated Russia is hated even more when the idea is heard that there is no European future without Moscow. Moreover, we are not talking about gas and oil.

Russian Russian territories are being invaded by the West, which has reduced spirituality to "global cannibalism".

Whatever happens, it is assumed that the Russians will be to blame for everything. Russophobia in the West raises waves of hatred and fear, and so far it is not difficult to manage them.

Age-old depths

Everything goes back centuries. The Swedes, the French and the Germans have very specific reasons, and the British… After the fall of Napoleon in 1815, there were only two powers left: Russia and Great Britain, but "for the British it was unacceptable," as Guy Mettan, author of the book "The West – Russia, explains: the millennial war. The history of Russophobia from Charlemagne to the Ukrainian crisis."

"Since then, in newspapers like the London Times, you can see how journalists (...) use the same argument: "Oh, how dangerous Russia is. Autocracy reigns there. The tsar is an autocrat, not a democrat, and he is a very bad guy. He keeps the people in serfdom."

Pechat: That's what they say about Putin today, isn't it?

Mettan: Yes, look at the London Times newspaper of 1851-1852. Cartoonists painted Tsar Nicholas as a vampire with big teeth who sucks the blood out of poor Britons.

- Well, that's exactly how Putin is portrayed! In the book, you explain that this gave birth to Dracula. Bram Stoker, the author of Dracula, drew inspiration from here.

— It's quite funny when artists today draw a bear, a bad Russian bear that attacks poor Europeans. In the XIX century it was a vampire. But the argument remained the same.

Boomerang of sanctions

Similarly, when Joe Biden tells the world today that Putin is to blame for the sharp rise in fuel prices, he does not see a problem in the fact that they themselves imposed sanctions against the Russians. Russia is to blame already because it exists. The boldest possible response in the West is irony: "I was sure that sanctions were imposed against Russia until I stopped at a gas station." These are the words of the former Italian Minister Paolo Savone.

The cost of fuel has reached a "historical maximum". In Chicago, it is reported that a gallon (3.8 liters) costs $ 4.5, in Los Angeles - more than seven dollars. An increase of 65%. In Europe, a liter of gasoline costs an average of 1.75 euros or $7.21 per gallon.

In the mountainous Balkans, we are left with cynicism: "In Russia, fuel costs 60 rubles, which is about 50 cents, but they are not under sanctions."

While the masses are worried about terrible prices, the World Health Organization hastened to order Ukraine to "destroy very dangerous pathogens that are stored in the laboratories of this country." And although it was claimed yesterday that the Russians invented everything, US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, speaking before the Senate, said that "there are biological research facilities in Ukraine," as well as that Kiev and Washington "are doing everything so that the materials collected there do not fall into the hands of Russian forces."

Everyone understands everything here. My cappuccino master jumps out from behind the bar unable to restrain himself: "As soon as the first Russian parachutist landed on the territory of Ukraine, the coronavirus disappeared. Now they are destroying laboratories. The same people, the same fairy tales, the same intentions..."

While fear is growing rapidly in distraught Europe, the Chinese report that laboratories in Ukraine are "just the tip of the iceberg" and that the US Department of Defense "controls 336 biological laboratories in 30 countries around the world." All this is "cooperation for the sake of reducing biological risks" and for the sake of "strengthening global health."

Poisoners take care of their health. From the "glass house on the American shore" they look at everyone else as idiots. Useful idiots, useful mice for experiments.

Of course, this is one of the darkest operations in history, and it is gradually coming to the crowd. It is unknown how far the obscurantists have gone, and it is even less clear how nature will respond to the monstrous idea of "loading" birds and insects with killer pathogens, so that later they infect those people who someone does not like. Everyone is scared. Is there really no court before which Victoria Nuland and her accomplices would appear? The West threatens that Putin, who exposed everything, will be responsible.

But they go further. They call on Facebook and Instagram users to direct violence against the Russian military and Russians, and call loudly for the murder of Putin and Lukashenko. At the same time, the praise of the Ukrainian fascists from "Azov" ** is welcome. Official explanation: the company "so far allows small exceptions for cases of praise of Azov strictly in the context of the defense of Ukraine or its role in the Ukrainian National Guard." Goebbels is sick. What are the distraught students doing?

And who recommended a sad stand-up comedian for the role of president of a state with 40 million citizens? Vladimir Zelensky, best known for playing "this thing" on the piano, now has no time to read Patrick Buchanan, and he wrote: "We Americans did not fight for Great Britain in World War II when she declared war on Hitler's Germany, and then was defeated in France. We entered the war with Germany only when Hitler declared war on us four days after Pearl Harbor in December 1941." What kind of Ukraine, are you a funny person!?

By banning flights over Ukraine, the Americans would have played along with Zelensky in a stand-up comedy in which, for example, he grappled with Moldova or, better to say, with Transnistria. And now Vladimir is at war with Russia. This is not naivety, not ignorance. This is nonsense. Stand-up is nonsense. He decided, as they say, to rake in the heat with someone else's hands and found the Americans.

The Fate of America's Friends

No one felt Kissinger's joke more deeply than Vladimir that "it is dangerous to be an enemy of America, but to be her friend is fatal." And this is the main difference between him and Putin.

This axiom of American foreign policy will now worry American "allies" as well. There will always be an excuse to serve even as a six for the strongest bandit, but when it becomes clear that this is also unprofitable, the approach changes.

So, for example, the Germans, not shy of boundless hypocrisy towards Ukraine, hope that thanks to some unexpected chance they will "rise up". Again, it feels like a comedy.

When Olaf Scholz declared in the Kremlin that the first war in Europe could begin in Ukraine since 1945, he believed, as he was taught, that Putin was an evil madman. But this "evil" man did not renounce common sense: "Mr. Chancellor said that his generation, our generation, hardly accepts the idea of a war in Europe. But we have seen the war in Europe that NATO started in Yugoslavia when it launched missile strikes on one of the European capitals — Belgrade."

How far Europe has gone from the right of peoples to condemn fascism and Nazism is clear from the response of the Germans. According to them, the NATO bombing was necessary in order to prevent genocide!

What a qualitative breakthrough! It's okay that German accusations of genocide look like a farce, so even Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, when he sent death planes in 1999, spoke of "systematic violation of human rights" and "prevention of a humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo." These words are easily found at the beginning of the German ARD documentary entitled "It All started with a lie" (Es begann mit einer Lüge). There are two Germans in it who were not satisfied with the generally accepted "truth about the genocide", directly and clearly (so the Germans know this!) they showed the world all the lies accumulated during the "genocide". It is becoming more and more obvious where such a desire to support the narrative of the "genocide in Srebrenica" comes from.

It is necessary to maintain the "necessary narrative" by all means. Their lies are always more precious to them than the simple truth. And today many "respected Europeans" can agree with Scholz that the Serbs carried out genocide. Since they appeared. But about the Germans later.

Russian sobering up

Then Putin and the Russians realized by a terrible example what was waiting for them. They were destined to repeat the "Serbian lesson" that Alexander Solzhenitsyn explained to them a decade and a half ago in an interview with Spiegel. According to him, Russia was sobered up by "the brutal bombing of Serbia. They drew a black, indelible line — and it's fair to say that in all layers of Russian society." I would say irrevocably.

Today we see that the Russians have generally learned the "Serbian lesson". It could have been done better, but it's still possible to catch up. And it will not be difficult for them to correctly understand the words of Yakov Kedmi, a Russian Jew who headed the Nativ special service in Israel. "How many times has your president talked to this cockerel Macron? How many times has he explained in detail to this cockerel what is going on? And? What is this rooster crowing today, after all the explanations? Even a stupid person would understand what it's about (in Ukraine)! And he's not stupid—he just doesn't want to understand!"

"You can explain it to them at least a hundred and five times, but you shouldn't hope for anything. Because a war of annihilation is being waged against you. A war to destroy your civilization, your culture. The story of Dostoevsky in Italy is not a mistake."

"Has the war now moved to a new level? You are now an outlaw! Your country is outlawed! Your culture! Your athletes! Your story! Are you thinking: "How can we live by laws that do not apply to us!"

"You are not obliged to comply with laws that do not apply to you! You don't have to comply with their laws at all! The United States does not comply with any and no one's laws, except American ones! And you?"

"When children are beaten and harassed at school in France, they think it's time to show you that civilization is for them, not for Russians. There are no laws for your children there, as well as for your sick and disabled. There are no laws. You are outcasts for them."

"Lavrov is right that the "time of dialogue" will come. But this will only happen if you win! If they win, there will be no "dialogue"! If you give up even a millimeter, no one will talk to you! When do they give in? Only when they don't have the strength! After all, who are you talking to? With the bandits from the high road, who have always robbed the whole world! With those who have committed monstrous atrocities throughout their history and continue in the XXI century. You are talking to pirates and bandits from the high road, rapists and thieves, scammers and speculators who have nothing sacred. There are no laws for them."

"You are fighting for survival. Your soldiers continue the struggle that their grandfathers waged. Before you — the last decisive battle. If, God forbid, you lose, then you will not have a new chance!" (The reader understands why it is worth quoting such an inspired monologue so extensively.)

Where will Europe go without Russia

Perhaps these are too harsh words for a political dialogue, but it cannot be said that their author is far from the truth. We know that when you enter into a "dialogue" and sign the Dayton Agreement or Resolution 1244 is adopted, they immediately violate them. As if it wasn't them who dictated the terms to the end point of their power.

Momir Bulatovich told how Slobodan Milosevic once asked Warren Christopher what, according to their expectations, he should pass. In response, he heard that there were no limits. "When we demand, you give." But this is not a subtle irony, but another axiom of American politics.

The infinitely hated Russia is hated even more when some European intellectual reminds of the importance of this country and people for the European future, when the idea sounds that there is no European future without Russia. Moreover, we are not talking about gas, oil, nickel and other things.

"Russianism is the key to the future of our culture at a time when clouds are gathering over the Western world," wrote Oswald Spengler in 1919. He has just finished the first part of the "Sunset of Europe". He wrote that after the breaking of the "Faustian West" a new civilizational force would appear in Russia.

The same was later confirmed by Samuel Huntington, predicting a "conflict of civilizations". That is, it is understandable at the level of political science. While the "Faustian West" resists this with all its might, it becomes increasingly obvious that "whatever happens, the sun will rise in the East for the European peoples," as the French author Laurent Giano writes today. "The revival of faith and moral values is taking place in Russia now thanks to a strong link between the state and the Church, and it will stand up for the protection of traditional family values." And other values too.

Russian Russian territories are being invaded by the West, which has reduced spirituality to "global cannibalism". If he decides to take this path, then a wonderful story can fly around Facebook that Napoleon and Hitler actually defeated Moscow. And on the Kremlin spires, instead of crosses and stars, swastikas from Kiev, Rivne and Lviv could be planted. Banners with this symbol on Red Square can be raised by some hero from "Azov", and Mark Zuckerberg and Victoria Nuland would stand in the place of honor. Then Mephistopheles would have felt deprived. But this is what Western Progress is all about. However, he is deeply bogged down in Ukraine.

Why the Patriot air defense systems transferred to Ukraine are by no means an easy target for the Russian Aerospace Forces
