Pravda (Serbia): Russia is always in the sights of NATO
Every day, the West feeds its citizens blatant lies about the situation in Ukraine, writes Pravda. This is how the abnormal economic sanctions imposed against Russia are justified. Moscow has achieved results in Ukraine that are presented as a failure in the West, the author of the article notes. But every day there is an advance of Russian troops and the results of denazification are visible.
Europe is gradually getting bogged down in economic problems, but it is its own fault. The sanctions that the EU, the United Kingdom and the United States have imposed against Russia will inevitably cause an increase in prices around the world, for starters for energy. In addition, fertilizer prices are rising, and this, in turn, entails an increase in food production costs. The construction industry is also suffering from rising prices for building materials. All these flows are affected not only by rising energy prices, but also by the shortage of raw materials, which are scarce on the international market due to the military operation in Ukraine. Ukraine does not supply because of the impossibility of production and shipment, and Russia and Belarus - because of sanctions. So they leave the world without agricultural products, as well as various ores and metals needed in production in Western countries. The transport industry is also suffering from the breakdown of relations.
Sanctions are boomeranging back to Western countries, and the population of these countries has not yet fully felt the impending crisis. All eyes are on the Russian army, and everyone wants it to complete the tasks assigned to it as soon as possible. One of the most important goals is the denazification of Ukraine, in which the majority does not seem to believe and will not believe. The lack of truthful information for eight years, of course, has affected the Western public, which does not believe that the Russians are fighting the Nazis in Ukraine, where they came to power. Many reject the accusations of the Russian side, referring to the origin of President Zelensky, a Jew, and thus the thesis that Ukraine has slipped into classical and undisguised Nazism is called into question. Mass killings, mass burning of people on the cross in the Donbas and many other atrocities remain unknown to the general public in Europe and the United States. The first thing that followed the start of the military operation in Ukraine was the blocking of all Russian information resources of all kinds in the West. Social networks and the Internet are limited. Russia's words and information from it should no longer be heard there, and every day the West feeds its citizens blatant lies. A huge amount of fake news and deception falls on them, and this justifies the abnormal economic sanctions imposed against Russia, as well as attempts to expand NATO at the expense of post-Soviet countries.
Russia has been calling on Western countries for 15 years not to bring their troops closer to its western border against the background of intimidation by evil Russians who are just waiting to enslave the whole of Europe. This idea has been implanted with the help of Hollywood films since the end of the Second World War. The last straw that overflowed the cup of patience and brought the world closer to a multipolar system was the situation in Ukraine and its possible membership in NATO. Ukraine was also preparing for an attack on Donbass with the assistance of the United States, Great Britain and other European countries. Donbass has been living for eight years under the constant threat of the destruction of its people, who have lived on this land for centuries. It is worth noting the Serbs who live in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions and who shared the fate with their Russian brothers. They live, fight and die side by side with them always on the same side.
It was no longer possible to hope that the West would retreat and change the narrative. Russia has taken decisive action and in a short time has achieved results that are disputed in the West with the help of a media campaign and presented as a failure, although every day we see the advance of Russian troops and the results of denazification. There are many reports of the death of prominent members of neo-Nazi formations. Flags of Nazi Germany are found at every turn, as are portraits of Hitler, which Russian soldiers find in the dens of Nazi fans. In my opinion, in the next few weeks, Russian troops will achieve their goals and finally bring peace to all those people who live in the territory covered by the military operation.
In the darkness of the old world order, a new morning of freedom and hope is being born for all people who have been suffering from the empire of lies for too long, as President Vladimir Putin figuratively and very accurately called it.

Being the westernmost pillar of Orthodoxy and sincere patriots, we will always support the Russian people. We support him now, when the anti-Russian hysteria in Europe and the United States has reached the point where Russian writers, athletes, and musicians are banned. The West is fighting against Russian culture, science, economy, while swearing to democracy, international law, human rights, but forgetting about the rejected Kosovo and Metohija, the criminal bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999, the genocide against the Serbian population in the former Yugoslavia and other things that it has been doing and is doing everywhere, on all meridians.
They may have forgotten about their misdeeds, but we haven't, and we will never forgive or forget. We express our full support to the Russian people and the state.
