But this is done by the Ukrainian nationalists who have settled in the cities. They not only placed military equipment, barrel artillery and multiple rocket launchers under the windows of residential buildings, in school yards and on city streets, but also turned the population of these cities into a human shield. The nationalists are actually hiding behind them. And when people try to leave through the security corridors provided by our military, at best they are not released. At worst, they just shoot. Moreover, they do this not only with their fellow citizens, but also with foreigners who are in Ukrainian cities. That is, they actually act as terrorists.
