The recording shows a Russian fighter flying in a helicopter over a populated area. His face is smeared. After that, the landing of military personnel is shown, and then the night flight of the helicopter.
On Thursday, February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to conduct a special military operation to demilitarize Ukraine. In his address to the Russians, the president justified this decision by the UN Charter, the sanction of the Federation Council and previously signed agreements with the LPR and the DPR. The Russian leader stressed that the responsibility for the bloodshed in Ukraine will be on the conscience of the Ukrainian authorities. The President also called on the Ukrainian troops to "lay down their arms and go home."
Later, the Russian leader called on the Ukrainian military to take power in the country into their own hands, arguing that it would be easier to negotiate with them. Putin called the current Ukrainian leadership "a gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis." According to him, they took the entire Ukrainian people hostage.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that the Russian Defense Ministry reported on the complete blocking of the APU's exit to the Sea of Azov.
