Kiev. February 26. INTERFAX - Latvia is transferring to Ukraine more than 30 trucks with helmets, dry rations, medical devices and medicines, as well as 500 tons of diesel fuel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Latvian Defense Minister Artis Pabriks said.
"Right now, more than 30 trucks with individual equipment donated by the National Armed Forces of Latvia are going to Ukraine. Helmets, dry rations, medical devices and medicines. A large batch of ammunition will also be delivered," Pabriks tweeted on Saturday.
According to him, the assistance also includes food and a donation from Veselibas centrs 4 in the amount of more than 17 thousand euros, including medical supplies, as well as 11 thousand pieces of gauze bandages and disposable gloves donated by Menessaptieka.
