Moscow. INTERFAX - The military operation to protect Donbass will be carried out in full and until all the results are achieved, and the sanctions imposed by the West will not change anything, said Deputy head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.

"Here sanctions were imposed against all members of the Russian Security Council. Here I am writing this text almost in a panic. Hurtful. And what are we going to do now? But for the sake of history, I want to note the following. 1. First about the main thing. These wonderful prohibitions, of course, will not change anything. This is understandable even to ignorant people in the State Department. Including the decision to conduct a military operation to protect Donbass," Medvedev wrote on his VKontakte account.
