WASHINGTON, Feb 23 - RIA Novosti. The United States does not yet see Russia as a bona fide negotiating partner, but believes that progress in the dialogue on security issues is possible, US State Department spokesman Ned Price said on Wednesday.
"There are a number of areas in which, in our opinion, progress is possible if we see Russia as a bona fide negotiating partner. So far, we have not seen such a partner in it," Price said during a regular briefing.
According to the diplomat, we are talking, first of all, about issues of strategic stability, arms control, transparency and building mutual trust measures.
