However, the head of Roscosmos is dissatisfied with the hostile policy of the United States
MOSCOW, February 23. /tass/. Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin said that the state corporation values professional relations with NASA, while as a Russian citizen he does not like the hostile policy of the United States towards the Russian Federation.
"We really value our professional relations with NASA, but as a Russian and a citizen of Russia, I am very dissatisfied with the sometimes openly hostile policy of the United States towards my country," Rogozin wrote on Twitter.
At the same time, the head of Roscosmos noted, the state corporation will make every effort to continue cooperation with NASA, despite the differences between the countries. Rogozin also recalled that a year ago the US government imposed sanctions against Russian leading space companies responsible for international cooperation on the ISS.
Western countries on Tuesday announced their sanctions against Russia after Moscow recognized the sovereignty of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. The measures taken by the United States, Great Britain and the EU concern both Russian financial structures and companies, as well as individuals.
