MOSCOW, Feb 15 - RIA Novosti. Russia has conducted and will continue to conduct exercises on its territory, this is its right, which is not subject to discussion with anyone, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday.
"Russia has conducted and will continue to conduct exercises throughout the territory of the Russian Federation. This is an ongoing process, as in all countries of the world. This is our right to conduct exercises there, on our territory, where we deem it appropriate, and it is not subject to discussion with anyone," Peskov said.
A complex of large-scale operational training activities continues in the Russian Armed Forces, almost all military districts, fleets and airborne forces take part in them.
