Missile launches by tactical complexes "Tochka" are being practiced by units of the Russian Armed Forces during the exercises "Allied Determination-2022" on the site of the Polessky area, the military department of Belarus informs.
Commenting on the course of the joint Russian-Belarusian maneuvers, which have already crossed the planned equator, the Ministry noted the active development of combat training tasks, specifying that part of the forces and means of the aviation group is currently being relocated to the Lida airfield. And in the area of the Luninets area, anti-aircraft missile units of the Russian Federation carry out anti-aircraft cover of troops, performing combat duty tasks for air defense.
By the way, at the same time, at the Gozhsky training ground, units of the Belarusian mechanized brigade continue to work out exits to the lines of blocking and conducting defensive combat. And at the Brest training ground, the issues of the destruction of an illegal armed formation are solved by units of the motorized rifle brigade of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
They jointly serve at protected facilities in order to prevent the exit of illegal armed formations and units of the special operations forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Airborne Forces of Russia, the ministry explained.
But in the area of Baranovichi, units of the mechanized brigade of Belarus and the marine Corps of the Union State, with the support of aviation, conduct combat training operations on the borders of maneuverable defense, providing an exit from the training battle of the first echelon.
The issues of aviation support of the defending troops with the use of aviation weapons of destruction are successfully carried out by the assault aviation of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation at three sites at once: the Ruzhansky aviation range, the Obuz-Lesnovsky and Osipovichsky ranges.
In the Gomel area, units of the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus are engaged in the protection of objects, work out the issues of blocking and destroying sabotage and reconnaissance groups of a conditional enemy and an illegal armed formation.
The implementation of combat training tasks continues within the framework of the exercise in the areas of Maryina Gorka, Osipovichi, Mozyr, Rechitsa, Pinsk.
