Kharkiv. February 15. INTERFAX-UKRAINE - From February 15, the coordination group of the Anti-Terrorist Center under the Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region begins multi-stage counter-sabotage exercises in the Kharkiv region.
"The training will take place until the beginning of March throughout the Kharkiv region with a focus on the border areas. The purpose of the exercises is to improve interdepartmental interaction between law enforcement agencies and authorities, strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure facilities, as well as identify and detain conditional subversive groups," the official Facebook page of the USBU in the Kharkiv region reports.
The special service notes that the training will take place in conditions as close to real as possible, using special equipment and weapons. Therefore, in some territories, it is possible to temporarily restrict the movement of people and transport, check identity documents, inspect cars.
"All actions will take place within the framework of the current legislation and with respect for human rights and freedoms," the special service reports.
