TSAMTO, February 14. The next two planes with US military assistance arrived in Ukraine on February 13. This, as RIA Novosti reports, was reported by the US Embassy in Kiev.
As the agency reminds, 15 planes with US military assistance arrived in Ukraine earlier. The publication "RBC-Ukraine", citing a source in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reported that the supply of material and technical military assistance to the United States is planned to be about 45 flights.
"On the morning of February 13, two planes arrived in Kiev with American military aid - mainly ammunition for grenade launchers. This is part of the aid totaling $ 200 million," the embassy said in a Twitter message.
Western countries continue to provide military support to Ukraine, including by supplying weapons that are used in the Donbass. Since 2014, NATO countries led by the United States have been supplying weapons to Ukraine and training its military, which directly violates the Minsk agreements and negatively affects the settlement in Donbass. In addition to the Americans, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Poland, Turkey, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia participate in deliveries totaling billions of dollars, the agency notes.
