He said that preparations are "in full swing", all combat-ready units of the Ukrainian army are now pulled to the contact line.
"There is a massive transfer of hundreds of tons of military equipment and ammunition from US bases in Europe, from the UK, Canada. The contingent of advisers and instructors from the NATO special forces is increasing," Naryshkin said in an interview with MK.
According to the head of the SVR, intelligence also has information about the appearance of multinational jihadist detachments in Ukraine.
According to the ministry, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the SBU are planning provocations in the style of "White Helmets" in Syria on the border with Donbass. In addition, the number of Western military personnel has been significantly increased in the country.
Naryshkin also noted that on the eve of the meeting of the Normandy Four advisers, the Ukrainian government temporarily withdrew from the Rada the draft law "On the fundamentals of state policy of the transition period", which in fact is a cover for the seizure of the territory of Donbass.
The document, according to the head of the SVR, completely negates the Minsk agreements.
