Washington. February 10th. INTERFAX - A group of U.S. senators from the Intelligence Committee called on President Joe Biden to make sure that the United States shares as much intelligence as possible with Ukraine.
"We ask the United States to share intelligence with Ukraine as much as possible," they wrote. The text of the letter is published on the website of the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee Mark Warner.
The senators expressed their opinion that "Russia is an aggressor," therefore the United States "should arm Ukraine with the most important information necessary to protect its country."
In their opinion, this is in the interests of the national security of the United States, as well as its allies and partners in the region.
"Russia's threats to Ukraine pose a threat to democracies around the world, and we urge you to do everything possible to support Ukraine at this critical moment," the senators said.
