Moscow. February 8. INTERFAX - The Accounting Chamber (JV) this year will check the effectiveness of the use of budget funds allocated by the Ministry of Defense for the operation of the infrastructure of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, for the development of new types of weapons and equipment, as well as for equipping the fleet, according to the plan of inspections of the control department.
According to the plan published on Tuesday, in February, the verification of the legality, effectiveness and targeted use of federal budget funds allocated by the Ministry of Defense in 2019-2020 and the expired period of 2021 for the purchase of utilities, as well as the implementation of expenses for the maintenance and operation of the military infrastructure of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will be completed.
In July of this year, an assessment of the effectiveness of the use of budget funds allocated by the Ministry of Defense for R&D (research and development work) in order to create promising models of weapons and military equipment will be completed. The inspection will take place both in the Ministry itself, as well as JSC "St. Petersburg Marine Engineering Bureau "Malachite" and JSC "Central Design Bureau of Marine Engineering "Rubin".
In February of the next year, 2023, the Accounts Chamber is scheduled to complete the verification of the legality and targeted use of budget funds allocated in 2020-2021 and the expired period of 2022 to provide the forces of the Northern Fleet with weapons of destruction, as well as to create and maintain stocks of weapons of destruction and their storage.
This year, the joint venture will also begin an assessment of the activities of state security agencies aimed at ensuring the information security of the Russian Federation and the use of funds allocated for these purposes in 2020-2021 and the expired period of 2022, which will be held in the Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Federal Security Service (FSO). The deadline for completing the control event is February 2023.
In June 2023, the audit of the control department will be completed, during which an assessment of the effectiveness of the use of budget funds allocated in 2018-2022 and the expired period of 2023 for equipping the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with warships as weapons systems that ensure the performance of combat missions will be given.
The audit by the Accounting Chamber of the effectiveness of the use of federal resources aimed at organizing and implementing the activities of FSUE "Protection" in 2017-2021,"the objects of which will be Rosgvardiya and the enterprise itself, will be completed in February next year.
As explained to Interfax in the joint venture, as a rule, the results of such checks are not published, since the materials are marked "secret" or "for official use" (DSP). The decision on this is made after the announcement of the results at the board of the control department.
In addition, the Accounts Chamber will audit the effectiveness of the use of federal budget funds by the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) for purchases in the field of clothing in 2018-2020. The inspection, which, in addition to the FSIN, takes place in its offices in the Vladimir and Saratov regions, should be completed in March this year.
