The draft government decree "On the introduction of mobile automated workplaces in state bodies, state and municipal institutions operating on the basis of the domestic mobile operating system Aurora" was published for public discussion on Wednesday.
The document was prepared by the Ministry of Finance in order to implement the federal project "Digital Public Administration" of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation".
The draft resolution provides for the transfer of tablets used for the implementation of mobile workplaces to participants of events The All-Russian Population Census of 2020.
The participants of the events are the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Sports, their territorial bodies, subordinate organizations, subjects of the Russian Federation (Republic of Tatarstan, Kursk Region), local governments, state and municipal institutions, legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.
Other federal executive authorities, subjects of the Russian Federation may become participants in measures to introduce mobile workplaces in consultation with them and by decision of the presidium of the government Commission for digital Development.
As part of the implementation of measures for the introduction of mobile workplaces,:
- equipping state bodies, state and municipal institutions operating on the territory of the participating regions with software and hardware complexes (tablets) operating on the basis of Aurora;
- provision of maintenance and provision of services, including technical support for tablets;
- approbation of new approaches to the organization of work on the use of mobile workstations in government agencies, state and municipal educational, medical and other organizations;
- equipping government agencies, state and municipal educational, medical and other organizations with a domestic mobile operating system, all source codes and infrastructure for the development and assembly of a full cycle of which are located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
