The US Embassy in Ukraine announced the transfer of 300 Javelin installations and weapons to Kiev
Washington, as part of providing military assistance to Ukraine, handed over 300 Javelin installations to Kiev, a total of 79 tons of cargo arrived in the country. This was reported by the US Embassy in the country.
"~300 Javelins. 79 tons of APU security assistance. The third batch of the $200 million aid package approved by [US President Joe] Biden arrived at Boryspil Airport in Kiev this evening. The United States supports Ukraine, and we will continue to provide Ukraine with the necessary support," the message posted on the diplomatic mission's Facebook page reads.
The first batch with 90 tons of various weapons from the United States arrived on Saturday, January 22, and the next day a plane with a second batch of military aid arrived at Boryspil airport. The third batch of aid arrived on Tuesday, January 25.
