The Osa anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) was placed by Ukrainian security forces near the Kiev-controlled village of Dmitrovka in the Donbass.
Ukraine continues to violate agreements providing for a ban on the installation of weapons near settlements, the press service of the People's Militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) reported.
In violation of the third point of additional measures, the enemy continues to deploy weapons and military equipment in settlements on the territory controlled by Ukraine, - said the representative of the press service of the defense department of the LPR.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian troops are deploying armored vehicles in controlled settlements of Donbass, violating previously reached agreements. The militia of the LPR noticed military equipment near the village of Novotoshkovskoye near the contact line.
The agreement on the withdrawal of weapons with a caliber of more than 100 millimeters and tanks from the contact line in Donbass was signed at the end of September 2015. In 2020, additional measures to ensure a truce came into force, providing for a ban on the deployment of weapons in and near settlements, as well as on firing and offensive actions.
