Dushanbe. January 19. INTERFAX - Issues of development of Tajik-Turkish cooperation in the field of defense were discussed in Ankara at a meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Turkey Ashrafjon Gulov with the Minister of National Defense of the host country Hulusi Akram, the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan reported on Wednesday.
"During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense, as well as exchanged views on the situation in the region and the world," the message reads.
It is noted that the meeting was held in the building of the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey.
