Tbilisi. January 17th. INTERFAX - Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani called the meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels on Monday fruitful.
"The meeting with the NATO Secretary General was very fruitful. (...) The Secretary General clearly stated that there will be no revision of NATO's decisions, that the main priority and red lines are the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and our Euro-Atlantic integration," Zalkaliani told Georgian TV channels after the meeting.
According to the Minister, NATO is ready to continue the dialogue with the Russian Federation, and there are areas where a conversation is possible, but there will be no compromises on those red lines that are very clearly defined.
