A meeting of the Russia-NATO Council was held in Brussels on Wednesday. Earlier on Monday, bilateral talks were held in Geneva between the delegations of Russia and the United States. Negotiations in the format of the Russian Federation - OSCE are scheduled for Thursday in Vienna.
