MOSCOW, January 4 - RIA Novosti. Purchases through the FSO, SVR, FSB, Rosgvardiya and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, their subordinate institutions and state unitary enterprises will be classified. The corresponding government decree came into force on January 1, 2022.
"The list of federal executive authorities ... when purchasing goods, works, and services, closed competitive methods of determining suppliers (contractors, performers) are used... The Ministry of Defense of Russia, as well as subordinate state institutions and state unitary enterprises," the document says.
This list also includes the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Federal Security Service, Rosgvardiya and the Federal Security Service.
