Washington. January 3. INTERFAX - US President Joe Biden during a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky stressed that Washington will make decisions concerning partners only with the knowledge of the latter, the White House reports.
"President Biden stressed that the United States, together with its allies and partners, is committed to following the principle of "we will not do anything concerning you without you," the message says.
Biden also reiterated his support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
