The situation near the borders of Belarus is becoming increasingly tense and difficult to predict.
This was stated by the head of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense, Assistant Minister of Defense for International Military Cooperation Oleg Warriors.
"The military-political situation near the borders of Belarus is becoming tense due to the disregard by neighboring countries of their international obligations and the absence of a high-level bilateral dialogue," the telegram channel of the Border Committee of Belarus quotes Voinov as saying.
According to the Assistant Minister of Defense, targeted pressure is being exerted on Belarus in order to isolate it internationally.
"Belarus complies with all its obligations to implement international and regional treaties within the framework of the UN and the OSCE and confirms its readiness to resume relations on a parity and mutually respectful basis," Oleg Voinov stressed.
