Washington. December 28. INTERFAX - Negotiations between American and Russian representatives on arms control and the Ukrainian problem will take place on January 10, a representative of the National Security Council (NSC) of the US White House told reporters on condition of anonymity.
"When we sit down at the negotiating table, Russia can express its concerns, we will also discuss our concerns about the activities of the Russian Federation," he said.
"There will be areas where we can make progress and areas where we will disagree. This is the essence of diplomacy," he added.
According to the official, decisions on Ukraine will not be made without her participation.
