Boris Obnosov received the title of Hero of Russia

By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 714 dated December 20, 2021, for a significant contribution to strengthening the country's defense capability and high professionalism shown in solving tasks of special national importance, to the General Director of Tactical Missile Armament Corporation JSCBoris Obnosov was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation. The Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST) congratulates Boris Viktorovich with a well-deserved high award!
