On Friday, Russia handed over to the United States and other NATO countries drafts of a security guarantee treaty.
Among other things, Moscow offered Washington and its allies to guarantee the non-expansion of the alliance into the territory of Ukraine, as well as to agree to the mutual non-deployment of missiles in the areas of destruction of each other's territory.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that the Russian Foreign Ministry had calculated the costs of Western countries for the militarization of Ukraine.
