Relations between Russia and the West continue to degrade and have reached a critical point.

The Foreign Ministry noted the readiness expressed by US President Joe Biden during a conversation with Russian Leader Vladimir Putin "to establish a serious dialogue on issues related to ensuring Russia's security."
"Such a dialogue is urgently needed today, when relations between Russia and the collective West continue to degrade and have come to a critical point," the message says.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry urged Western countries not to draw additional dividing lines, as this complicates the solution of urgent problems of our time.
