TSAMTO, December 10. The Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Alexander Fomin, held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Argentine Republic for International Defense Issues Francisco Cafiero.
During the meeting, topical issues of Russian-Argentine military and military-technical cooperation were discussed, and further steps for their development were outlined.
A contract was signed with the Argentine side "On the admission of military personnel of the Argentine Republic to military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation".
The talks were held in a friendly atmosphere and confirmed the mutual intention to further enhance comprehensive cooperation between the defense departments, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
