Moscow. December 8th. INTERFAX - Russian President Vladimir Putin told his American counterpart Joseph Biden that Moscow is concerned about the military activity of Ukraine and NATO near its borders, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said.
"(The Russian President) bluntly said that we are concerned about the build-up of military activity of Ukraine and NATO in the immediate vicinity of the Russian borders, spoke about the recent exercises on the Black Sea, which were conducted by a multinational grouping of NATO armed forces," Ushakov told reporters.
