Washington. December 3. INTERFAX - The topic of Ukraine will become one of the central issues at the talks between Russian and US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, the possibility of whose behavior is currently being discussed, White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said at a briefing on Friday.
"This will be an opportunity to discuss our serious concerns about the bellicose rhetoric and the build-up of forces on the borders of Ukraine," she said.
At the same time, Psaki noted that all the details will be announced when everything is finally decided.
She also explained that the United States administration is consulting with the US Congress and allies in Europe on the possible imposition of sanctions against Russia in connection with the growing tension on the borders of Ukraine.
