INTERFAX - US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, during a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on the sidelines of a meeting of the foreign ministers of NATO member countries in Riga, discussed stability in the Black Sea region, the situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border, as well as the situation in Armenia and Azerbaijan, the State Department reports.
"Secretary Blinken and Foreign Minister Cavusoglu discussed the crisis in Ethiopia and joint efforts aimed at maintaining stability in the Black Sea region," the US Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
"They also discussed Russia's aggression against Ukraine and the situation in Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as in Afghanistan," the State Department added.
