Washington. December 1st. INTERFAX - US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during a meeting of the foreign ministers of NATO member countries in Riga, according to State Department spokesman Ned Price.
"The US Secretary of State and the Secretary General also discussed the importance of continuing consultations and unity of the alliance on issues such as support for Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression, the development of a new NATO strategic concept, as well as issues of arms control and regional security," Price said in a statement released by the State Department.
