"I want to congratulate you and all the personnel of the national armed forces on the upcoming Independence Day of Mongolia and wish you good health, happiness, prosperity and success in service for the good of the Fatherland," the Chief of the General Staff said during a meeting with his Mongolian counterpart, Lieutenant General Dovchisuren Ganzorig, held in Ulaanbaatar on Tuesday.
