The product was developed on an initiative basis, at the expense of the organization's own funds.
During the tests, the design solutions used to create the prototype were tested and confirmed. It was confirmed that it was possible to prepare for firing in a short time, perform a firing task and change the firing position.
The "Flute" MLRS is an ASILAK lightly armored vehicle equipped with a package of 80 guides for unguided C-8 aircraft missiles (NAR) and is designed for direct fire support of ground forces and special operations forces units, destruction of open and sheltered enemy manpower, unarmored and lightly armored vehicles, destruction of artillery and mortar batteries, solving other fire tasks.
In order to increase the accuracy characteristics and the possibility of using a combat vehicle as part of a group under the guidance of a single control body, the Flute MLRS is equipped with an automated fire control system (ACS) "Alliance", as well as an on-board navigation system (BNC).
Previously, the product passed a cycle of sea trials.
