The targets are designed for training combat swimmers, snipers and special forces
MOSCOW, November 25. /tass/. The domestic company NPO "Special Technologies" has developed unique targets for training combat swimmers, snipers and special forces. This was announced by the vice-president of the Russian Army Tactical Shooting Federation, founder of the NGO "Special Technologies" Andrey Rudder.
"Cooperation with leading Russian special forces has already been established and unique piece products are being created for the organization of rifle training at a fundamentally new level," he said.
According to him, the company has developed a target for practicing underwater shooting, for training combat swimmers. "We have developed unique thermal targets for practicing shooting using thermal imaging sights. <...> We also made an electronic target that glows in the infrared range and even simulates different open areas of the target with a brighter glow, for example, limbs and head," explained Rudder.
As the head of the company noted, a target has also been created - an imitation of a human figure with electronic sensors. "We allow you to see how, after what time, a hit occurred in a specific part of the enemy," he stressed.
"Again, the electronic nature of our targets opens up fundamentally new opportunities for the introduction of interactivity in shooting," said the head of the NGO "Special Technologies".
