Moscow. November 20. INTERFAX - The Russian Embassy in the United States welcomes the statement by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on support for increasing efforts to resolve the conflict in Donbass in accordance with the Minsk agreements.
"We can only welcome the logic when, instead of hackneyed Russophobic cliches, experts give balanced and reasonable hints to the US Administration. First of all, that Kiev should finally stop sabotaging the Minsk agreements," the message posted on the embassy's official Facebook page says.
The press service of the diplomatic mission stressed that the Minsk agreements were approved by UN Security Council Resolution 2202 and are legally binding.
"We hope that the American authorities will listen to sound judgments and influence the partner to fulfill their obligations in close coordination with Donetsk and Lugansk," the embassy added.
